Is there something wrong with American culture? Why do countries around the world continue to reject our American way of life? We saw this recently during the massive takeover of Afghanistan by the Taliban, just days after the departure of American troops. Think about it for a second: after 20 years of American “nation-building” and the attempt to push American values onto the nation, it was gone in less than a week. Billions of dollars and countless lives lost to spread a culture the Afghan people did not even want.
Let’s look at our culture and why it might not be so appealing to others. America has become the Sodom and Gomorrah of modern times where sexual immorality, laziness and division take over. We have people like the Kardashians who got famous because of a sex tape. We have transgender and gay people imposing their will and identity on children as young as preschool age. The NFL even plays two national anthems before every game. Do other countries want?
Middle Eastern countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Turkey and Lebanon are more traditional societies. Take for example the feminist movement in America; there is nothing wrong with pushing feminism in America. However, he is completely foreign to people living in the Middle East. I’m not even just talking about the men either; women also don’t like the raging white feminism that is so pervasive in American society. Realizing this, it is not surprising that our way of life has been categorically rejected.
We have lost our identity. Our military was once revered around the world, but now it is so captivated by diversity training and identity politics that it has forgotten its mission. Defending America from foreign forces is not the same as teaching our troops about gender roles and transgender. It belongs to the fringe academia.
Where does all this come from? Why did we allow this to happen? It seems to me that America has been completely blinded by the current state of affairs. We simply let ourselves be trapped by radicals and immoral individuals from the worst social conditions. These people who are pushing this unhealthy agenda are weak-minded sheep who wish to force the entire country to conform to their beliefs or be canceled. Tell me: do you think the Afghan people care about transgender? Or would people in Iraq care about being canceled? It’s total nonsense if you ask me.
Worst of all, our children are corrupted by these sick people. Turn on Nickelodeon; you will see transgender and gay characters in shows and commercials promoting their identity. I have no problem with what someone wants to do themselves, but why involve the children? Also, it doesn’t make sense to me why our elite pushing this radical agenda thinks those overseas want this agenda too. Americans don’t even want it, let alone those who live in countries with different values and cultures from ours.
We must remember that America is a very young country compared to the rest of the world. The cultures and identities of countries like those in the Middle East have developed and shaped over the centuries. In many cases, thousands of years. The truth is, what makes us think we’re so special to push our relatively new values onto the rest of the world? In short, we are not that special. We may think we are, but all we have done is anger our neighbors and allies. Worse, our enemies. It’s like the new kid on the block at school trying to make his way to the top, pushing everyone away. While they may thrive in the first few months, very quickly their new style will rub a lot, and sooner rather than later they will be ostracized. This is what is happening to America today – we are becoming ostracized from the rest of the world.
The great American experiment fails before our eyes. The worst part is that we do it ourselves. It’s not like China, Russia, or any other adversary has fought us in battle and left us weak on the ground. In contrast, we parted tooth and nail from the inside. No one with differing opinions can ever sit down together. Is this a company worth sharing with the world? Is this the type of society the rest of the world even wants?
If our leaders want to push debauchery here, we will suffer. It doesn’t surprise me that the rest of the world has no interest in suffering with us. You wouldn’t want what we have either; that says something about our nation.
